Message	using it. although it provides convenience for a lot of people, but it is not FCCD(sp?) insured and customer service is bad. Charging 3% is understandable for using their service as oppose to their earlier free service. However, the major thing got me upset with them is they took the 9-11 opportunity to make a great fortune out of donators.
